A week from now I begin a journey to find out the answer.
For three months I will be doing the following things:
1) Eating the exact diet of Crete from the 40's and 50's when the people of that island were considered the healthiest people in the world.
2) I will begin training for a mini triathlon.
3) I will vision board and meditate every morning.
We will be filming the whole process and I will be writing in this blog often so you will know what is happening.
In the next week, I will be letting you know what I am doing to prepare.
